After Heart Attack

Im 33. Suffered a massive heart attack due to Cornoray Artery Disease and blockage of major artery a month and a half ago. Advised for a brisk walk daily for 30-45 mins.
Any suggestions for a work out that matches my fitness goal and puts less strain?

Try swimming and best with your recovery!

Brisk walking, running as said swimming are best...

Also concentrate on your diet...cut out fatty foods...live healthy.
