How can i boost my immune system? Specifically in the winter

Hi there u can boost ur immune system by taking zinc tablets

Maybe eat more vitamin C rich foods or cold FX, that usually works

I've read loads of reports and seen doctors who say vitamins are usless etc

BUT I had whopping cough as a baby and had weak chest ever since, every year for as long as could remember I got flu, colds and chest infections after, sometimes 2 or 3 times and few times in hospital with pnumonia!

Started taking a good A to Z multi vitamin and not been ill for about 5 years!  Sniffles occasionally at most.

Who knows maybe its a placebo but for a few pound/dollars a year its worth it...I would pay a thousands to get rid of it when i was ill !!!

No probs...if your takin vits start sooner so builds up in your system :-)
