Basically I have genetic high cholesterol and I'm skinny. My only worry is I guess getting my heart working too hard because I'm at an increased risk for metabolic syndrome, meaning my body doesn't process stuff like it should. I'm also weighing in at more than I should for my body size, so skinny but dense? maybe's the right word. I know a pound of muscle weighs less than a pound of fat, and I'm mostly muscle, but a pound of muscle weighs more than a pound if nothing. I have no clue what the point of this was but anyone going through the same thing I guess??
