Training injuries help please

Hi I seem to have a lot of training injuries with my legs. It's leading to my one leg muscle developing more than my other leg.Are there any exercises that can be done to lesson the injury or change the situation.

Do you stretch before exercise,why do u have alot of injuries?

I do stretch quite a lot.Before and after

I generally walk or run everywhere I need to go.I normally have something for recovery afterwards and stretch, but I'm actually not sure
