Which workout of skimble is useful against cold???

It's personal, I guess. Excersising helps me breathing better anyway, even only little walks are welcome. But sometimes our body needs recovery. You may spend a day or two in bed and then hit harder afterwards. Your choice :) Try some yoga if you want :)
