Hi everyone. I did a post a month or 2 ago regarding clicking of my joints (mostly my right hip). I saw a physio today and turns out i have hypermobile joints. Some or all of my joints have an unusual range of movement. Also known as loose joints or double jointed.
This explains why my hip clicks and in fact most of my joints. Does anyone else have this and if so how does it affect you when working out?
My daughter's got it to some extent but luckily she's physically active. I think we were told that being fit helps as when everything is tight i.e muscles they can help keep things where they should be. She is young though and it was a few years ago. She's never had problems as far as I can tell, it certainly doesn't hold her back.
