I am getting muscle pulls in my right calf!!!!! What do I do to ease it????

I used to have both problem when I used to play basketball everytime I jump to high I come down with that same problem. Then I realize I wasn't drinking enough water. You should drink water like crazy to keep the muscles hydrated if don't it could get bad so drink water like crazy.

Potassium's good too. If you tend to get muscle pulls at night or when you're enough hydrated, it can be because of lack of potassium. I take potassium every day because it helps the nervous system and the muscles work properly.
