My calves have been sore for about 6 days. At first it seemed to get better after a few days, but now especially my right calf feels so sore and swollen (it isn't actually swollen though.) what can I do, I'd like to be able to walk like normal soon lol
I don't know whether to do some stretches or just leave it alone :/

Ive had a similar problem in right calf almost feels like a not in the muscle on one side....
Happened after doing kickboxing and 3 hrs buke the next day...
Apart from lots of protein and water, I stretched and massaged it every night gently and didnt over do it for couple of weeks and its been good since....
If it feels sharp pain its more towards injury....if its more crampy pain its over use!
Sounds like you're working that calf so hard Silje, rest it for a few days, and have sauna if you don't have a bath, it should help relax the sore muscle. Hope it gets better soon.
Is it in the calf muscle or in the tendon at the bottom?
