Ive had this condition last few months,does it get better?

No I don't have ptsd but I do know it can be controlled. The solutions vary upon severity. maybe you just need someone to talk to

Maybe you going through more depression. I would try to find out what actually triggers you to becoming the most stress. If you can't find out anything specific I would talk to your doctor in case you are sleep deprived. Also try to limit the stress in your life. It sounds hard to do but you can do this by eating foods that can help lower stress. You can find some of these foods with a quick Google search. There are also music that can help relieve stress.

Thanx for your kind advice,well yes I know why Im feeling this way,two events that happened back to back,its really hard to just cope with most things as its shock which is always there,Im finding it easier by closing my mind to it but not sure how long i can do this,Ill look into the food idea,at the moment quite a bit of stress about,but hey thanku for caring x
