That is the big issue from where should i explore or wich trainning will be better in the first days.

Just pick a moderate cardio workout of about 30 mins and give it a go. You will soon get into it. Then try and do a wide variety of workouts, to keep it interesting and for the best results. Good luck!

Try "go long", looks like a good cardio full body workout.
