Bad back - exercises to ease?

I struggle with the fact my hip bones are off aligned so I have alot of lower back pain. It feels stiff alot and then just pain obviously.
Is there any certain yoga poses or stretches that can help lower back pain that anyone knows that works? Thanks.

There are certain yoga poses and foam roller exercises that are supposed to help.   Also, AB strengtheners.  I've been having back soreness and mostly focusing on stretching,  breathing into the areas that hurt, and less strenuous activities.
