Weight loss is accomplished with both exercise and diet. Diet is simply what we eat.. Everyone has a diet. Working out is a wonderful step toward your Goal! Way to go! Keep up the good work and think about how to cut some calories from your diet. Even little things add up over time. Cut back around 250 calories(for me that's my coffee creamer and one handful of mini pretzels) and exercise to burn 250 calories. That will add up to1lb worth of calories in a week.
