Extreme pain

OK so I would like to know if it is normal after starting working out to be in extreme muscle pain after working out for 15 min 4 days in a row and on fourth go for a 2 mile walk plus workout and next day be in this pain?? Thanks

Extreme pain is a pain that makes you want to pass out or actually cry. If you feel like either or consult a physician. But if you are new and not use to slight pain in joins and or muscles you didn't know existed keep going.

Thank you do you have any recommendations as to what to do about the pain?
