Getting back into it after fighting pneumonia

Hey Everyone!
I've recently been put out of commission due to a serious case of pneumonia. It not only affected my physical health but also caused me to be slightly depressed because of the inactivity. My question is how hard can I push myself? I don't want to relapse but am feeling really low. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

I would say take it easy. Listen to your body when you are working out. If you can't Finnish a whole workout it's ok, just do lil at a time and you will build back up to where you were at. Get better and good luck. Hope this helps :)

It's tough when I'm so accustomed to doing a minimum of 3 hours, 6 days a week. I appreciate your encouragement :)
