Sometimes it's hard to get back up and get back in the saddle. It seems "the swing of things" is in a rythum I slipped out of. Injuries and illnesses, losses and moves have become excuses that I tell myself, but I am missing something in my life that I know I need. Building my body back will be tough, but there is light at the end of the tunnel! If anyone wants to help keep me motivated, I will do the same.
