The lent season began on Wednesday and as a catholic I have decided to fast. I work twice a day,mostly cardio or strength training in the mornings and I walk every evening. My problem lies in drinking water since I am doing dry fasting and therefore no water. At the same time I don't want to injure my health and anytime I ask about it I keep on hearing follow your heart.
I wonder any one has personal or professional views about this.
