I'm new to this app so I'm not quite sure how this works. But I've suffered from chronic migraines and headaches for almost 4 years now and they have made it almost impossible to do much when it gets bad and since they are chronic I can't really wait I try to do yoga everyday and work out 4 times a week.
I'm hoping someone can help! Does anyone have any advice in how to work through the pain and have enough motivation to keep going?
