Hi im new weight is 75 and my height 169 cm..i want to lose weight to 65 kg..what type of workout should i do?..what type of food should i eat and not?..hope someone can help me..

Buddy u need to do core and abs workout , run or jog daily, take carbohydrates and consume more protein , all the best
