Help please!

I'm rather new to this form of exercise and was wondering if anyone could give me some advice. Although I used to do a lot of sport - related exercise I developed issues in my knees, which make some exercises impossible. The main issue is finding a routine that works the area but doesn't leave me in pain.
Any help for this would be great, and any general tips about staying on track etc. Would be much appreciated.

I use the app and my calendar to stay on track. As for exercises just troll thru the workouts. They all show a list of what they are made of. I'm sure you can find some that avoid extra stress on your knees. I avoid anything that over stresses my ankle.
