Looking to still stay active maintain weight (try not to gain) Just had a Triple arthrodesis, you can read about that here zimmersfusion.wordpress.com

The equipment that I have at home is.

  • Dumbbells 2lbs 5lbs
  • Resistance bands


NO no weight bearing

NO Standing (one leg longer than 30 min)

Any helpful adive on work out activity would be appreciated.

I keep my caloric intake at under 1,500 usually hitting way under that.
