Hey....anyone done this before? I did it 3 nights ago whilst using the ab wheel at home. Went a little lower then i was ready for and straight away felt a pain in my chest on the left. Stopped immediatly but went gym next day as it didnt feel too bad.
Big mistake! Suffering yesterday and today. Hurts when i move and breathe in. Just hoping it doesnt affect my future training too much
I wouldn't worry if i were you. I didnt have to resort to pain killers. But that feeling of an elephant sitting on your chest as your breathing was rough. Took 3 days for pain to subside. Another few just to recover and make sure. This time next week you will forget you ever had a chest pain
Just get some rest and stop workout for some time. Muscles need time to heal. I hope this help
Well this must be some tear because last night i was crying in agony and had to go a + e. Pains just not easing
