You should get your blood checked for possible viramin deficiencies and possible intolerances.

I'd it done & all test are normal.... I'm still having it done every 3-months & my Dr's still haven't found nothing unusual......

Hi, I have chronic pain and depression too, it is easy to slip back to the I'm too tired, I'm in to much pain or I just want to sit here and feel like crap attitudes trust me I know! But I find if I try to find one thing a day that I am grateful for, and couple that with even one 5min workout it really helps me get out of my stinking thinking

I do.....my mother (65 y/o-may 24th)......my brother (47 y/o).....my hubby of 15 yrs in November.....

I would recommend coming at this with a nutritional angle. Check out Chris Kresser an his free Ebooks. You could hav low serotonin dopamine levels. This could be due to poor gut health and poor absorbtion of b vitamins. Check out the book and website " the mood cure". Great info on amino acids that can be supplemented for improve hormone levels as well. I have had severe anxiety and depression in my past. Purely thru diet and exercise I have greatly improved my mood and well being. It takes time and habit breaking and new habit forming along with learning about how food affects your body on an individual level. Experiment with your diet and read a lot to get ideas on how to figure out what foods affect your mood negatively. I will love to help you if you wantore info I will try and relate what I know. I've been given a new diagnosis of BPD (borderline personality disorder) as of Aug 31st from my CSW (clinical social worker)

Sometimes it can be hard to push thru with your goals especially if other problems keep distracting you from achieving it. Maybe you need to talk to your social worker if s/he can help you out.

I'm sensing that this is no longer a matter of keeping up with your health goals, but more of how you can manage your life in general. I'm not saying that you stop working out to give time to sort out your problems. What I'm saying is that there will always be people who are more than willing to help out, but you need to help yourself first.

Thanks . It's a combination of the 2 physical & mental. I've been going thru this since (1993); I'm copeing w/this slowly but surely. I've a psychiatrist, therapist, CSW, primary & specialist. I been hospitalized, sent to PIW, institutionalized 24/7 monitoring (suicidal watch)

Wow. Looks like you've really been thru a lot. Just remember: you've already made the choice of making yourself better, physically and mentally. Frankly, I'm amazed that despite the pitfalls you've been thru you've still managed to be here, so to speak. Just keep at it. Remember: You will be challenged and you will fail several times, but that shouldn't stop you from reaching your goals. Good luck dude!
