About 1 week ago i started going back to the gym and my body wont hold down my food ... what the hell is wrong ...i thought when your active you work up an appetite??!

Aww man! I wonder if your system is working toxins our of your body? Are you drinking a gallon of water a day?

It is super fustrating !...didnt know if it was due to maybe over working my body or if i should just go to the doctor ..but the answer is clear lol i should probably go to the doctor
