Hi ive got M.E an find intensive exercise too much. But want to be able to stay as active as possible. Before being diagnosed I was very active an im finding it difficult to adjust. Any ideas on what to do. Or is there any other m.e suffers on here that could help please :)

Hi I don't know how bad your symptoms are as the illness can vary from person to person. My partner has M.E and cannot do any physical exercise we are looking into pilates or yoga for her but you have to go slow to see how you react. Then on the other hand one of my coaches (american football) has it and he coaches (doesn't run around alot) you have to learn to manage it which can be frustrating :-)

Thank you for you comment ive looked at them myself. I think they would be great, but its finding the right level of difficulty to suit the needs of each individual.
