I have a question in my mind, So i thought i can get it clarified here. I am right handed person. So i feel like my right hand is stronger than my left hand. Whenever i do workout for Arms, i can do more reps in right hand than my left hand with same weight. I am curious to know that this is normal or i need to do more workouts for my left hand?
I think you need to push the left arm more.
Focus on your left hand more and you will see and feel the difference after some weeks :)
