Right Arm Vs Left Arm

Hi,

I have a question in my mind, So i thought i can get it clarified here. I am right handed person. So i feel like my right hand is stronger than my left hand. Whenever i do workout for Arms, i can do more reps in right hand than my left hand with same weight. I am curious to know that this is normal or i need to do more workouts for my left hand?

Your writing arm is your dominant arm, it's stronger because you've used it more than the left throughout your life. Unless one arm is jacked and the other small, then you should do more work on ur left to even it out.

I think you need to push the left arm more.

Focus on your left hand more and you will see and feel the difference after some weeks :)
