Broken ankle

I broke 2 bones in my ankle at the end of April & am still on no weight-bearing until July when I see my surgeon.
Can anyone suggest some simple exercises to do - maybe chair or bed - to help keep me limber? Spend a lot of time sitting or laying, & have a history of lower back issues, so want to keep things moving & engaged. I don't want to do anything too strenuous as I need my arms & good leg healthy (not stiff & sore) to get around.
