Height growth??

I m 15 years old and do pushups,hammer curls,alternate biceps curls and bicycle crunch. Is it OK for my height growth?

I'm 13 years old and I've been weightlifting for almost a year now. As far as I can tell, it has only been beneficial for me and I don't think it will affect you negatively in any way.

Experts tend to say that weightlifting heavy weight is not good for an adolescent's growth but if you are getting in shape and being active, don't worry about it. Do your thing and workout.

Don’t avoid strength training because you are worried about stunting your growth. A moderate level of strength training activity will benefit you in many ways and help you develop good habits that will pay dividends in adulthood.
