I'd like to know if there are any other EDSers working out and maintaining their bodies through strengthening exercises. I got myself out of a chair and into knee braces through strengthening exercises. Now I only need to wear one knee brace and am working on no longer needing to wear it to keep my joint together. Hi, Nadia, congrats, great goal. im not EDs, but my joint hipermobility have got chronic pain and many years of suffering. Yoga and Pilates have help me. Im starting with this app right now. There are interesting stretching exercises if you have some experience
