I know that a BMI isn't completely accurate as the muscle in your body weighs more than fat weighs, but my BMI was the 98th percentile which then it classed me as overweight. As I said before, I don't completely trust Body Mass Index but I think this is an issue for people out there who are strong and muscly but yet they're Said to be overweight/obese.

Get your bodyfat percentage measured instead, that's more accurate

BMI?? = Bollocks Mate Ignore
like tom said concentrate on how you look in the mirror, you'll notice best results in the mirror when consistent with working out
