Hello, I was in a car accident a couple years ago and my left shsoulder never healed correctly, leaving it too weak for me to do push-ups or to hold my weight for a short period of time. My doctor said there was nothing else he could do other than I need to continue to stretch. Almost four weeks ago, I broke my big toe on my right foot.
Over the past couple years, I gained almost 30lbs due to my limitations of the physical adventurous lifestyle I was accustomed to. I would love to begin an intense workout to burn fat and tone. Thus far, I have lost 14lbs in three weeks due to a change in diet but I want to burn more and I know exercise will do that.
Do you know of any mid-streneous exercises I will be able to complete in order to continue to lost weight, burn fat and tone muscle? I have 47 more pounds to lose to achieve my ideal weight of 135 but I do not want to further injure my left shoulder or my toe.
