I've BPD (borderline personality disorder). I to all of my appt there & back. I do yoga, mindfulness breathing techniques, meditation as usual but full body & core workouts I'm not really interested in them really

Try to get of yoga and do cardio workouts research the danger of yoga and find for yourself. Try to drink water, eat fruits and vegetables, and sleep for at least 7hrs. Good luck and God bless.

also have bpd. i find that the cardio helps me more that yoga. i do enjoy both though and sometimes will do a short yoga session after a nice workout. i really struggle with motivation and consitency though. however when i actually do workout and eat healthy i feel great.
