Pregnancy and working out.

I went from running six miles a day and doing about an hour of different workouts on here everyday to nothing when I got pregnant. I intended on continuing my routine but after two miscarriages I decided I would just not workout during the first trimester. I. Now 16 wks and doing a little bit of the pregnancy yoga workouts but they truly exhaust me. I need motivation and I am so out of shape it is making me crazy!!

Don't stress out its not good for the baby sweetheart u only do what is comfortable for u these so many workouts just be careful u have plenty of time to be on the form u won't after having the baby right now just keep yourself busy and clear u mind that's all matters
