Since I'm a very new beginner to this app or exercising generally I want to ask you is it normal to feel pain in some muscles after the workout ?
Is it related to drinking water during the exercise ? Eating just before it ?
And I'm not always sure that I'm doing the exercise right , I'm just trying but I know it may cause some pain if you do it the wrong way , so how do you solve this problem ?
