Pain after exercise

Hi there
Since I'm a very new beginner to this app or exercising generally I want to ask you is it normal to feel pain in some muscles after the workout ?
Is it related to drinking water during the exercise ? Eating just before it ?
And I'm not always sure that I'm doing the exercise right , I'm just trying but I know it may cause some pain if you do it the wrong way , so how do you solve this problem ?

Yes, if you push yourself and exhaust yourself with a workout you will experience pain. A better word is soreness or delayed onset muscle soreness which is common especially if you haven't worked out in a while and will usually set in the most by day 2. This is normal. So rest is required to recover. However soreness is not always the best indication of a successful workout. Eventually your muscles will adapt and become less sore as you stay consistent.
