I did my one mile run today for drill and did awful not only was my time bad but so was the way my body reacted I ended up throwing up and passing out. Is there any way I can quicken my speed and stop those things from happening?

Maybe it was what you ate or didn't eat? Maybe hydration?

It all starts in the kitchen. When you eat healthy, your body reacts better. 

As for workouts, do abs. A tight core helps with your running form which will help you run faster. Also, maybe run shorter distances (ex. 400m or 200m) just to help you with you speed. Still continue to run long distances to improve your stamina. It's beneficial to have the speed of a 400m runner but the stamina or a marathon runner.

P.S. Don't forget to stay hydrated. Water is your best friend
