After pregnancy week bones plus hypothyroidism

Hi...I am desperate to loose weight I have gained almost 16-18kgs after my pregnancy n I am face some health conditions as well..
First....I am suffering from hypothyroidism which means loosing weight is more difficult for me
Second....after pregnancy my neck, shoulder n collar bone weak n painful n I can't stress on them at all
Third my stitches are not healed properly yet so I can't sit on floor....
I need some strength building exercise for my self like some stretches n core exercises n nothing intense....can someone help me with this situation?

I recommend that you rest and relax until your stitches are fully healed. No need to push yourself at the moment. Once you are good to go, then you can worry about that. If you stress about it now, it will affect your body negatively more. Message me if you need to tell me more.
