I am 22, weigh 61.5 kg and height 61.5. I have been working out since last 2 months where in I hit every muscle day by day, like mondays- chest, tuesday- shoulders....sat- legs ,etc. But my belly fat/size is still same.How do i get rid of.Should i include HIIT? If yes then how much?

Are you doing any cardio? Also what are you eating?

No i am doing any cardio. And have stopped eating fried food, sugar etc. My diet constitutes proteins(eggs, chickpeas,low fat cottage cheese, peanut butter) and carb(oatmeal ,whole wheat bread etc( in 3:2 ratio. I am also taking concentrated protein(60 %) post workout and before sleeping.
