How do you stay motivated?!

When I feel like I need to get fired up well then I work out and get the best excercise I can get. I also put some music on to also stay motivated.

Depends. I have been sick because I was working out too much or going out into freezing temps before letting my body cool off... in those scenarios; no I did not. But like a head cold or some kind of lung, nasal, throat infection I definitely would.

If I am not really really sick, and I have a mild fever, cardio does the thing for me. Usually cardio related exercises are my best medicine for my sick days.

You should really consult with a medical professional. I don't know your medical history, what you are sick with, and what you train, for example
