Recovery program/workout advice needed

Hi fellows,
I want to get back to working out after break, but my health condition doesn’t let me start right away even with casual workouts. My energy level is very low, I’m exhausted from simple actions, so I probably need something on lowest intensity level. Can anyone give an advice for that? I was thinking about yoga/stretch but I can’t come up with the right choice. I have pro account so everything is accessible

Hey dara,

I hope your health problem is not a chronic one, if its so you should consult someone professional..

But if its not that chronic, you should try the convict conditioning program of 6 big moves like, pushup, pullup, squat, bridge, crunches, handstand pushups..

They are divided into 10 level, they range from basic to advance, ex, wall pushup to one arm pushup, do 3 moves 3 day and other 3 on  other 3 days split, level one are great for beginning, you can just search on youtube convict conditioning, you will get a playlist of 68 videos approx,

They are great it helped me a lot specially the relief in my back pain..

Just be careful that you are starting out very slow, take your time and dont push until your  body says it's ready! Do a stretch or exercise for at least a week, then increase a very small amount each week. Take plenty of breaks and dont get discouraged! This will take time, take a few days off every now and then until your body is use to the new activity
