Sickle Cell & Cardio
im new to this and just started trying to workout on my own. i have sca and i feel like i just can't do anything cuz im always out of breath. its definitely a catch 22. i need to get in better shape but to do so might mean hospitalization which will set me farther back. does anyone have any suggestions?

We have 3 different workout intensities, labeled 'casual', 'moderate', and 'intense'. Start out with the shorter casual workouts, and always keep your exercise within your own comfort zone. Over time you will build your strength and cardio endurance. Make sure you always drink plenty of water also. Your blood travels throughout your body better if we are properly hydrated. This puts less stress on your cardiovascular system.
