Patella tracking

I have patella tracking and I try to work out so it builds up more muscle in the knee but every thing I do hurts... When I play basketball I wear a band to help but it just pops a lot more.. Any advise?

I play ball every wensday n sunday. I feel u on the pain,i juz started feeling pain on my right need.. I juz strapit and put tiger bond.it like icyhot.

Try a different sport if the sport you play makes your patella pop out and cause you pain. That site from webmd is reliable and if you google it im sure you will find more information. Best of luck!
