No. It is always best to rest. Working out while sick will put more pressure on your heart. There's a chance you can get myocarditis. Best to get healthy again, for safety's sake
Hey I worked out when I had a cold. I sweated my cold out in two days. You get weaker when u just sit around and let sickness attack u. Nytquil and exercise.
