Working out when sick?

Should u and is it ok to workout when your sick?

I read somewhere that you should not, for a couple of reasons. First, when you are sick your body needs the proper rest to recover. Second, if you are using a gym, you don't want to spread the germs to others.

No. It is always best to rest. Working out while sick will put more pressure on your heart. There's a chance you can get myocarditis. Best to get healthy again, for safety's sake

Hey I worked out when I had a cold. I sweated my cold out in two days. You get weaker when u just sit around and let sickness attack u. Nytquil and exercise.
