As in Budd-Chiari the Hepatic venous malformation?

Arnold chiari malformation I think. Where the braine sloops down into the spinal chord

Yes, i am a medical doctor...and know about the condition. There is basically 2 types of arnold chiari malformations of the brain. Type 1 (cerebellar tonsils are not in there normal place), usually presents at the age of 15yrs with a hydrocephalus (water on the brain) or with central spinal cord syndrome (compression pf the spinal cord). Type 2 (herniation of cerebellum, 4the ventricle and medulla through the large opening in the skull called the foramen magnum) presents with a hydrocephalus (water on the brain) at birth. Why?

They (doctors) think I have it. But I can't have an mri cause I have a pacemaker. And I have all these wako symptoms. I had a ct scan but they nees a better image. But it makes sense cause I was born 3 months early. I just am looking for answers I guess :(
