I'm sure many of you are like myself and use exercise to manage chronic lower back pain. Im really interested to know which workouts people in a similar situation are using, like a good diet I really want to get some variety into my life!
My favourites at the moment are Pilates Power, Yoga Refreshing Backbends and Core the Pilates Way.
Please share your favourites and I'll give them a go!
