What's wrong with me??

So I slacked off, i stopped working out for two weeks and today I started working out again, but when I was running I was at 27min and my throat got dry, I stopped, i felt really dizzy and with the feeling of puking. I didnt eat anything before I started. Can that be the reason?

Always need to have food in your stomach. Just like a car can't go without any petrol in it. Human body is the same.

Yeah, I've done that before. I usually workout right after I wake up and feel normal, its the first time this has happen to me that's why I asked.

Sometimes I only skip for 2 days and I feel like this. You just need ti get back into the swing if things. ๐Ÿ‘

Since you mentally slacked off, I guess your body decided that it wasnt going to work at its fullest potential. Dont worry because youll get back to what you were doing if you just stay focused and dont give up :)
