So I slacked off, i stopped working out for two weeks and today I started working out again, but when I was running I was at 27min and my throat got dry, I stopped, i felt really dizzy and with the feeling of puking. I didnt eat anything before I started. Can that be the reason?
Always need to have food in your stomach. Just like a car can't go without any petrol in it. Human body is the same.
Yeah and don't be 2 hard on yourself

Sometimes I only skip for 2 days and I feel like this. You just need ti get back into the swing if things.
