Help get rid of my sickness faster? I know sweating helps, soo i figure the sweat from working out would help? Or do i just need rest? I have sneezing, runny/stuffy nose, itchy/watery eyes, sore throat, and coughing. I wanna get rid of this asap!

I would say sleep alot. Always works the best for me. When you feel like shit your workout will be shit and it never really made me feel better.

Yeah getting some rest and putting working out on hold would be the best bet until you get better. In my opinion theres no reason to try to go workout if you're sick and you won't be able to give it 100%. Also drink plenty of water to stay hydrated. And start taking a multi vitamin every day to boost your immune system. Hope you feel better soon!
