Hi! Need some guidance...
I have been detected with vitamin d3 deficiency... Due to this i face lot of difficulty in exercising since my bones are weak.I also experience increased appetite and fatigue and tiredness throughout the day. Any suggestions as to what kind of exercises should i do to prevent weight gain? Anybody else facing similar problems?

I was also told by my MD that I was Vitamin D deficient and she gave me a really high dose prescription of Vitamin D. After I finished my prescription she said I could just take an over the counter Vitamin D supplement. ....... And yes, sunlight is a good way to get Vitamin D!

@Kimberly- which exercises did u do to gain back strength?

Don't forget to eat food rich in vitamin D like milk, eggs, salmon etc...
