I can't seem to do high intensity w.o cuz my chest hurts/ blood pressure goes up too high, so I gotta be careful. Any suggestions??
Yoga all the way. Strengthens tones and relaxes.

Thanks, I did he said since I'm under a lot of stress excercise is gud but to start out slow, you were right yoga is a great way to relax and still get some type of excercise done. Thanks :)
I worked with cardiac patients some time ago and the best activity to start was just plain walking... start at a slow and confortable pace for 15 to 20 mins increasing 5-10 mins per week. When u reach about 40 mins feeling good u can try light hand weights ( 2-5lbs). Of course, consult a doc first! There was a good book called Fitness Walking that gives a lot of tips check if amazon still have it.
