28 yr old female. Yoga, soccer, ymca, brain and GI health are incredibly related. More than 80% of serotonin is made in your gut in an area they call the 'second brain' so feed your two brains quality food to increase those feel good hormones.
28 male weights, yoga, any kinda sports at home or where I can can't really come up wit any advice but jus wants to saw those stars were Damn sexy
32 male, MMA classes and yoga, CFC. My favorite new exercise is leg lifts and sweeps while holding myself up on the pull up bar. Hits so much of my core and really building muscle stamina.
