I have this common issue that I see many people on here suffer from, which is belly fat (and the surroundings :/ ). I think I differ a bit though cause I'm underweight. I've been trying to gain weight, but I've only realized I was doing it the wrong way when it was too late! So I am now suffering the consequences I've been running no less than 3 days a week for over three months now and I've been eating a hell lot healthier than I used to. I haven't noticed any change in the tummy region! :(
Ps: pull ups - push ups - planks - etc really hurt my back so I can't do such excersices!
I shall be having my 2 final exams tomorrow and I'll start working on that straight afterwards..thanks for your advice!
