Underweight, yet fat.

Hi everyone,
I have this common issue that I see many people on here suffer from, which is belly fat (and the surroundings :/ ). I think I differ a bit though cause I'm underweight. I've been trying to gain weight, but I've only realized I was doing it the wrong way when it was too late! So I am now suffering the consequences I've been running no less than 3 days a week for over three months now and I've been eating a hell lot healthier than I used to. I haven't noticed any change in the tummy region! :(
Any tips/suggestions/recommendations?

Ps: pull ups - push ups - planks - etc really hurt my back so I can't do such excersices!

Honestly if your goal is to just get rid of belly fat you need to just do interval cardio workouts just running will not do much for are type of body's we have to work at it hard I know how hard it is being a light weight! But don't worry about your belly just yet I'd recommend bulking first then cutting down so this way your dont get super tiny!

I shall be having my 2 final exams tomorrow and I'll start working on that straight afterwards..thanks for your advice!
