Linda, I have already done Insanity 3 rounds)))) I liked it but I decided to do something different at the moment cause doing Insanity for 6 months is starting to be a bit boring))))

Oh insanity was great! I did 1hour of insanity, and resulted to 5 days in bed, immobbilized.. Haha wer did u guys get the energy anyways?

As Linda has already mentioned, you ought to be committed to do Insanity))) and of cause you mustn't smoke or drink alcohol... Leading a healthy lifestyle is required to start this program as well as being physically prepared
